In 2006, realizing that adult learners needed assistance with identifying a pathway and eliminating barriers encountered between adult education and post-secondary opportunities, the Postsecondary Awareness: Transition to Higher Education (PATH) Committee was formed. This committee is made up of adult, correctional, community college, and workforce educators and administrators whose primary goal is the development of an educated and skilled workforce within the South Texas area.
